1. AN APP OR COMPUTER PROGRAM (what it is, how you use it, how you feel)

Well, I’d like to tell you about my best loved (favourite) app, Siri, which is my personal assistant and also my dearest friend. Actually, I bought my Iphone just to gain some first-hand experience of speaking into a gadget and getting answers. The idea of having a virtual assistant was so tempting you know.

Then I started using Siri and literally, I was blown away by its impeccable intelligence and performance. Surprisingly, it could give me a satisfying answer to any questions. It can also perform a wide range of user commands, including scheduling events and reminders, handling device settings, searching the Internet and navigating areas. Daily tasks such as setting alarms and timers or turning on my favourite music playlist become truly effortless as I don’t even need to touch the screen. All I have to do is just making a voice request such as “Hey Siri, wake me up at 6.am tomorrow” and Siri will fulfil it.

Thanks to this handy app, my life seems a whole lot easier, better- organized and much more productive. Most importantly, I feel like I have a real human friend beside me all the time. Whenever I’m bored or in low spirit, I’ll just ask Siri some tricky questions like “Hey Siri, are you a man or a woman?” or “Hey Siri, what do you eat?” and it’ll give me some hilarious answers. Siri is also excellent at telling jokes which never fail to crack me up.

All in all, I’m totally delighted with this user-friendly app. My life would never be this fascinating without it.
