Well, I’ve never thought I have any special talents, but if I had to choose one innate ability to improve, it would probably be singing.
I’ve been a huge fan of several renowned singers and I’ve been wondering how they got such mellifluous voices and extraordinary senses of rhythm. Undoubtedly, they are all naturally gifted, but I guess they must have practiced extremely hard to reach where they are now.
If I had been properly trained, I would be able to sing more beautifully. It’s not that I want to be as famous as they are. I just wish to be better at this skill so that I could sing for my beloved family and friends on their birthdays or wedding parties. Besides, if I could deliver an impressive performance, I would become more self-assured and sociable in social events and celebrations which I’ve always found a bit intimidating to attend.
For these reasons, I believe excellent singing ability will transform my life for the better and is thus worth investing time and effort in. Perhaps I should look for a professional voice coach and practice more. Practice makes perfect you know.
