What is happiness to you?
Well, happiness means different things to different people. For me it’s all about having a happy family, who are always there for me. As long as I know I have a place to return to and people to rely on through thick and thin, I believe I can cope with anything life throws at me with a smile on my face.
Is there anything that made you happy recently?
That’s an interesting one! You know, I’m a massive fan of tasty foods and yesterday I felt over the moon because I just discovered a new restaurant serving amazing chicken noodle in my neighbourhood. Their broth is truly one of a kind and tastes like heaven.
Do you think you can be happy all the time?
Oh yes. As I’m all grown up now, I’ve figured out how life really works. While I often try to plan everything in advance, I’m always willing to take life as it comes. It’s crucial to look on the bright side and keep a positive attitude. I believe we can be happy even in times of hardship or adversity.
Is happiness important?
Absolutely. Without a sense of satisfaction, life wouldn’t be worth living anymore. A positive mood can make us feel more secure and energetic, which in turn boosts our productivity and accomplishments at work or study. However, life is not a bed of roses and I believe it’s crucial for us to go through some pain, loss or frustration to appreciate our happy moments more.
